Having travelled extensively and dined in most of the world’s finest Michelin-starred restaurants, Chef Sandra has refined her culinary artistry through exchanges with renowned chefs across Europe and beyond. Her cuisine, celebrated internationally, invites guests on a sensory journey that elevates taste to a new level.

She is the owner and Head Chef of Cork&Fork Open-Air Restaurant in Whitehorse, Yukon — recognized as the best-rated restaurant in the entire Territory. Together with her team of French chefs, she recreates authentic European dishes with painstaking attention to detail, using a harmony of fresh local ingredients and select products flown in from Europe. Every plate reflects the traditions she grew up with, while offering a touch of refinement that is unmistakably her own.

During the summer months, Chef Sandra also delights visitors at the Fireweed Market, where she presents her signature jams, risottos, and gourmet mixes — cherished both by loyal Yukoners and curious travellers. Her creations can also be found year-round in the online store and at the Caribou RV Park during the summer season.
In winter, she brings the spirit of Europe to the Yukon’s festive season, participating in Christmas markets with seasonal specialties that evoke memories of European holiday traditions.

Throughout the year, Chef Sandra curates special culinary evenings with prix-fixe menus, allowing guests to experience the richness of authentic European cuisine in a fine dining atmosphere.

Beyond the kitchen, she is also co-owner and manager of Caribou RV Park, one of Canada’s most highly regarded campgrounds, where hospitality and excellence are a way of life.
